What gets deleted
- Your staff / school-admin login credentials / app account access
- Device registrations and push notification tokens for this account
- App-linked personal preferences and session data
What may be retained
- School operational records you created while working (attendance marks, posts, fee actions, etc.) may remain as school records
- Employment / HR records maintained by the school remain under the school’s control
- Data we are legally required to keep for the required retention period
Timeline: we aim to complete account deletion within 30 days after verifying your request.
