What gets deleted

  • Your parent login credentials / app account access
  • Device registrations and push notification tokens for this account
  • App-linked personal preferences and session data

What may be retained

  • School academic records of scholars (admissions, attendance, fees, exams) remain with the school as institutional records
  • Data we are legally required to keep (for example tax, audit, or dispute records) for the required retention period

Timeline: we aim to complete account deletion within 30 days after verifying your request.
